This is the most common thing we hear from patients in our office – be proactive about your health and treat problems right away.
We can bill most extended health plans directly.
Dr. LeMoel welcomes you!
Our mission is to provide quality, natural, evidenced based health care where your concerns and goals are the primary focus. We want you to enjoy your life at the level you deserve.
Dr. LeMoel's chiropractic practice, in Trail BC, is based on the idea that good health and mobility rely on a normal functioning nervous system and a healthy spine. Our clinic operates under the living principle that the body is born with an innate ability to heal itself. When free from pain and nerve interference, the human body heals from within. Minor misalignment in the spinal column, known as vertebral subluxation, leads to nerve interference, which reduces the body's healing capacity.
"I will give you a clear answer to your concerns and provide a simple, effective treatment plan that will help you return to the most active lifestyle possible." – Brian LeMoel
Your First Visit
will be the first to welcome you.
On your first visit to our office you will need to fill out a HEALTH HISTORY FORM that will help us gain some information about yourself and your condition. If you prefer, you can print one out and complete it before you come in. Dr. LeMoel will then ask you more detailed questions regarding your specific problem to help arrive at the correct diagnosis.
After a thorough consultation with Dr. LeMoel, you will have a complete chiropractic examination, including orthopedic and neurological testing. This may involve testing your reflexes, muscle strength, ability to do certain movements, etc. which also help identify the problem.
Occasionally, depending on the results of the consultation and examination, an x-ray or other diagnostic imaging may be necessary to determine the source of your problem and to investigate the possibility of any pathological or disease processes. If that is the case, Dr. LeMoel will refer you to your family doctor to have them taken.
At this time Dr. LeMoel will explain your diagnosis and advise you of your treatment options. If it is not a chiropractic problem a suitable referral will be made. If it is a condition that can be treated successfully with chiropractic care, Dr. LeMoel will offer a clear and effective treatment plan with the aim of returning you to your active lifestyle as quickly as possible.
Unless there are any contraindications to treatment, with your permission, Dr. LeMoel will start treatment on the first visit so your recovery can begin immediately.
